Established on May 3, 2017, Vishwakarma University (VU) is a state-private university located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The university is part of the Vishwakarma Group of Institutions, which has a legacy in education dating back to 1983 with the establishment of the Vishwakarma Institute of Technology (VIT).
